                    Advance Musical Theatre Program
     2-Week  Summer  Professional  musical theatre Program


offers a unique opportunity for a select group of actors to study the craft and the business of performing on the stage and film, with prominent industry professionals. The advanced course for teens is specifically designed for those that have a passion, drive & an enthusiasm for singing dancing and acting. The course is only open to those with previous experience, and all students must pass through the audition process to gain a place in this course 
 Audition requirements: Prepare a one minute selection of music. Prepare a one minute monologue, If you are a dancer, prepare a one-minute movement piece.

 At the end of the two-week Intensive summer camp, students will be given the opportunity to audition for the Youth Performing Touring Company. Those cast in the winter performance will continue to train and write their own show to take on tour to local schools in HRM on issues like bulling, suicide, eating disorders. We will start creating our show in early September, with the course culminating in a performance on Dartmouth Players stage in December and a tour to our HRM schools
